TUESDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30 am – 10:45 am

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS AT 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm

COST$15 PER CLASS OR  $135 FOR 10 CLASSES

As part of the Life Center’s dedication to health and wellness, we are proud to welcome Erica Henesy (previously of Body & Soul in Huntington) to our team.  Erica is on board to introduce the practice of yoga to our clients. Her study originated eleven years ago with the Iyengar system of yoga.  Erica has been teaching for the past seven years.  Her classes will be modified for all levels (including beginners) and will consist of various asanas (physical postures) with the primary emphasis on general well-being for the mind and body.

Tuesday, January 13th. 2008- 7:00 PM- COST $35

The yearning to put thoughts and feelings into words is universal.  Overwhelming stress is often associated with the holidays. Make this year different!!  It’s time to take pen to paper.  The therapeutic vehicle of writing your feelings and frustrations is well documented.  It calms, focuses and cleanses us.  Please join us and spend an evening learning techniques and tips for unloading your burdens and leaving them at the door.
